Refund Policy

1. Traditional Payments (PayPal / Bank Transfer)

Refunds may be issued if:

• The artwork is damaged during shipping

• The wrong item was delivered

• The order is canceled before shipping

2. Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:

• Crypto payments are final and non‑refundable

• Refunds cannot be issued for accidental overpayments

• Refunds cannot be issued for buyer remorse

• If a refund is approved for exceptional reasons, it will be issued in USD equivalent, not crypto

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

• Bela will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate

• Compensation or replacement will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis

• Buyers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout

5. Damage During Shipping

If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Notify Bela within 48 hours

• Include photos of the packaging and the artwork

• A replacement, repair, or refund will be considered depending on the situation
