All artwork is created and sold directly by Bela. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC).

• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non‑refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed once full payment is received.

• You will receive a confirmation email with order details and shipping timelines.

4. Shipping

• Artwork ships securely packaged with tracking.

• Delivery times vary based on destination.

• The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Damage During Shipping

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify Bela within 48 hours with photos of the damage. A replacement or refund will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

6. Authenticity

Each original artwork includes a certificate of authenticity.

7. Intellectual Property

Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction rights. All copyrights remain with the artist.
